The SPIRIT SUPPORT GROUP with MAMA DONNA HENES
is about to expand. The Tuesday group has been meeting continually since early winter. It is full and cannot accept any more members. But there have been several requests for me to start another group.

As always, your wish is my command!

The SPIRIT SUPPORT GROUPS have been invaluable for all of us who have participated over the years. I urge you to gift yourself with the extraordinary experience and benefit that you will derive from this spirit circle.

Today's troubled times demand that we reach out to each other in a sincere and compassionate spiritual community. We will work collectively as an intimate group to help each other achieve our intentions to create spiritually meaningful and effective lives.

These ceremonial circles offer us the understanding, affirmation, encouragement, and support that we all need in order to empower ourselves to succeed in obtaining our goals and to sustain our spiritual perspective in the process.

And these great groups are an excellent, inexpensive alternative to private counseling sessions with me.

* A note: These groups can be pretty flexible. So, don't worry if all of the dates are not good for you. We usually manage to work it out so that everyone can attend. Our rule is that if two women need to be absent on the same night, we skip that week and go a week longer at the end.

Most of the groups over the years have renewed their memberships every six weeks. A couple of groups have met for more that a year, making this an ongoing support system for very profound work and lasting sister friendships.
